    1. I can remember the days when it was possible for a buyer to have a eBay dispute against you AND a PayPal (Billpoint era) dispute at the same time with them taking weeks to sort it out, they never looked at any buyer/seller submitted information then either now it seems they just click.

      I do seem to recall a eBay plan to just auto-refund the buyer in some kind of “no fault” out come of cases, if the value of the item was under £X amount what ever happened to that plan? That was a few years ago I myself had it happen with a pair of boots (about £3), is that feature gone?
