Stumbled across this, has to be a Chinese seller, look at the tacky art work, the poor choice of fonts, the cut out badly arranged items, the HTML template error left in and well… :
Had these very interesting screenshots sent in, there the feedback pages from a seller who at the time had over 3000 items listed, you will notice a reoccurring theme, mainly items not turning up, yet the buyer signed for them? my favorite is 1 incident where a buyer has opened a case against the seller, lost and then left negative feedback about it, how can eBay allow that? the buyers claim was found to be BS so how come the sellers still suffering for it???
Found a few comments in various threads on eBay.com‘s (eBay US seller central) forum, that seem to have slipped by the eBay forum spies/mods/censors, eBay will remove anything even remotely negative about there wonderful utopia. I think these might have slipped because they was buried deep in replies to old threads (4/5th pages etc.) They do show some sellers thoughts about whats going on though.
A short story of a buyer who purchases a item, files a claim as its not as described, leaves neutral feedback and the seller starts harassing the buyer over it. Usually its the other way around with buyers harassing sellers, shows how bad eBays becoming and with eBay doing nothing about it, it will continue.
A small story from a user/victim of PayPal selling a service only to have it charge backed against him some weeks later and PayPal tell him suddenly he owes them money… what is the point of there so called “seller protection” its not worth the pixels its printed on…
A look at some of the top issues affecting eBay sellers, not a complete far from it that would run into the 100’s of pages I am sure, it is dated it seems as 01-2009 way more hell has broke out since but its still a good read.
Well not alot to say here, got sick and tired after being treated like crap by eBay over the years and its only going to get worse the last 2/3yrs have been the hardest. Seller of over 11yrs being forced out, and my story is not alone. The purpose of this site is to provide help, information to frustrated eBay sellers/buyers and alternative resources.
The age of eBay is coming to a end its transformation into a Amazon wannabe is well under way.
Anyone can send in there story and will post that up for the world to see, we will also be posting up the information that eBay don’t want you to have like where there offices are so you can mail in your complaints.
